Do you hold Halal certification?
Not at present. We currently hold FSSC 22000 (GFSI-recognised), FSSAI, APEDA RCMC and IEC. If Halal certification is a requirement for your programme, say so in the quotation form and we will answer plainly whether and when we can meet it.
How long to Jebel Ali?
Indicative port-to-port 5–8 days from Mundra or Nhava Sheva; Dammam 8–12; Jeddah 10–14. Subject to carrier routing; add the rail leg from ICD Dadri.
Can the retail pack carry Arabic?
Yes — bilingual English / Arabic label text to GSO requirements is prepared with your importer's regulatory review, to your artwork and dieline, EAN-13 coded.
What is the minimum order?
One 40' HC reefer. Mixed-SKU containers are possible at pallet level — confirm the combination with the export desk. [COPY TBC — D-06]
What are the payment terms?
First shipments on advance or part-advance terms — for example 30 % with order, balance against bill-of-lading copy. Other terms may be available for established relationships.
Which documents accompany a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA per lot, health certificate where required, phytosanitary certificate where required, and any buyer-specific declarations. The exact set is agreed per destination with your broker.
