Questions from Southeast Asia buyers
Do you hold Halal certification?
Not at present. We currently hold FSSC 22000 (GFSI-recognised), FSSAI, APEDA RCMC and IEC. If Halal certification is a requirement for your programme, say so in the quotation form and we will answer plainly whether and when we can meet it.
How long to Singapore or Port Klang?
Indicative port-to-port 9–13 days from Mundra or Nhava Sheva; Jakarta 12–16; Colombo 4–7. Subject to carrier routing.
What do we need for import registration?
We supply the certificates, specifications, COA and any declarations your importer's registration with the national food authority requires; the importer holds the registration.
Which pallets?
ISO 1000 × 1200, ISPM-15 treated, 20 per 40' HC; floor-loading on request where your warehouse accepts it.
What is the minimum order?
One 40' HC reefer; mixed-SKU containers at pallet level — confirm with the export desk. [COPY TBC — D-06]
What are the payment terms?
